Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using PeriodFinder (“the Service”), operated by Innovative Apparel System, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides cross-brand comparison of period underwear sizing and absorbency: size charts and absorbency claims collected from brands' published pages, normalized to common scales (hip measurement, millilitres), graded for data quality, plus tools that translate your inputs against that data in your browser, and a product catalog with links to brands' own stores.

What the data is: each brand's own published claims, made comparable. It is NOT independent laboratory measurement, and a brand's claim is not our warranty. Grades and verified-dates describe the quality of the source, not a guarantee of performance.

3. Not medical advice

The Service estimates product coverage from what you tell it. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on any condition. Heavy or suddenly changed menstrual bleeding is something to discuss with a clinician.

4. Purchases happen elsewhere

We sell nothing directly. Buy links lead to brands' or retailers' own stores; your purchase, its price, shipping, returns, and warranty are governed entirely by that store's terms. Product availability and prices shown on the Service reflect the most recent catalog check and may lag the store. Some links are affiliate links - see the affiliate disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to breach security, no reproducing the dataset wholesale for a competing service while presenting it as your own work, no unlawful use. Brand names and trademarks on the Service belong to their owners and appear for identification and comparison.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's original content - the normalization methodology, grades, tools, and editorial text - belongs to Innovative Apparel System. Facts themselves (a brand's published size range) belong to no one; our compilation, presentation, and code do.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fit and absorbency depend on factors no chart captures; our output is guidance, not a promise that a product won't leak or will fit.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATIVE APPAREL SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
