How it works

Three steps, three minutes, nothing about your body sent to anyone.

  1. 1. Measure your hips once

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Enter it in the find-my-size tool and get your size in every brand's chart at once, with how each brand runs (small, large, true to size). The math happens in your browser - your measurement is never sent anywhere.

  2. 2. Describe your flow in your own words

Tell the absorbency translator what you actually soak through and how often - "a super tampon every 2 hours" works. It converts that to millilitres per hour, multiplies by how long a pair needs to last, and names the tier that covers it in each brand's own language, with a data-quality grade on every number.

  3. 3. Shop only what matches

The catalog filters to products in stock in your size at your absorbency, ranked by closest coverage first. Buy links go straight to the brand's own store.

Where the numbers come from

Size charts and absorbency claims are collected from each brand's own published pages and normalized: hip inches for size, millilitres for absorbency (brands' “tampons' worth” counts are converted at stated bases - that matters, because the same phrase means different amounts at different brands). Every absorbency number carries a grade: A when the brand publishes millilitres directly, B when converted from tampon counts, C when sources conflict.

The full methodology covers conversion rules, per-brand sources, verification dates, and the corrections policy.
