Saalt

Saalt's sizing and absorbency, translated onto the same scale as every other brand - so you can shop it (or leave it) with a fair comparison.

Our take on Saalt

A sustainability-forward brand that also makes menstrual cups, with four tiers from 10 to 50 mL at a mid-to-premium price. A good all-rounder, especially alongside a cup on the heaviest days.

Best for

Shoppers who want a sustainability-focused brand and moderate coverage, maybe alongside a cup.

Skip if

You want the highest claimed ceiling for very heavy or overnight flow.

What stands out

Four clearly separated tiers, 10 to 50 mL (Super tops out at 40 to 50 mL)
Part of a broader reusable range including cups

Trade-offs

Its "Heavy" tier is 20 mL, lower than the same word at some brands - compare the number, not the word
Mid-to-premium prices

How Saalt sizing runs

Saalt publishes no runs-small or runs-large statement on its size chart; waist is measured at the belly button and hips around the widest part. Its Lace and Mesh collection fits snug, and Saalt suggests sizing up if you are between sizes there.
